Wenzhou Modern Shijia Bathroom Co., Ltd. (“we”, “our”, or “us”), operating under the trade name Stalia at https://stalia.studio (the “Site”), respects your privacy. This Policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.

1. Information we collect

You provide: name, shipping/billing address, email, phone, payment details (processed by our payment partners — we do not store full card numbers), order history, customer-service messages.

Collected automatically: IP address, device/browser type, pages visited, referrer, cookies and similar technologies (see §6).

From third parties: payment confirmation from Airwallex, Stripe, or PayPal; shipping events from carriers; advertising attribution from Google, Meta, and Pinterest.

2. How we use your information

To process and fulfill orders, including shipping, returns, and customer support.
To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and (with consent) marketing emails.
To prevent fraud, debug the Site, and improve our products.
To comply with legal obligations (tax, accounting, court orders).
To run advertising and measure its effectiveness, including lookalike modeling.

3. Legal basis (for EEA/UK visitors)

We process data on the basis of (a) contract performance — to fulfill your order; (b) legitimate interests — to improve and secure the Site; (c) consent — for marketing and non-essential cookies; or (d) legal obligation.

We share data only with:

Service providers acting on our instructions: payment processors (Airwallex, Stripe, PayPal), shipping carriers, fulfillment warehouses, email/CRM tools, analytics, advertising networks.
Authorities when required by law, court order, or to protect rights and safety.
Successors in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

We do not sell personal information.

5. International transfers

We are located in China; some service providers are in the United States, European Union, Hong Kong, or mainland China. Where required, transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards.

Order records are kept for 7 years (tax/accounting). Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Cookies follow their stated lifetimes.

Depending on your jurisdiction (CCPA, GDPR, UK GDPR, PIPL), you may have the right to: access, correct, delete, or port your data; object to processing; withdraw consent; or lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

California residents: we do not sell personal information; we have not done so in the past 12 months.

9. Children

The Site is not intended for children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

10. Security

We use TLS encryption in transit, encrypted databases at rest, and limit employee access on a need-to-know basis. No system is perfectly secure; you also have responsibility for safeguarding your account credentials.

11. Changes

We may update this Policy. The “Last updated” date above will reflect the change. Material changes are emailed to active customers.
