Shipping Policy

We ship internationally from our Wenzhou, China factory (Zhejiang). Orders placed before 5:00 PM CST (UTC+8) on business days ship the next business day; orders placed later or on weekends ship within two business days.

Total time from order to delivery is typically 7–14 business days (1 day handling + 5–10 days transit).

Customs, duties, and import taxes

For US orders under USD 800 per shipment, no import duty applies under the de minimis rule.

For higher-value orders or non-US destinations, the customer is the importer of record. Duties and import VAT (where applicable) are charged by the carrier at delivery. Typical figures:

We declare the actual order value and a correct HS code on the commercial invoice. Under-declaration on request is not available.

Order processing

You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately, then a shipping email with carrier tracking when the package leaves our factory. If you don’t see the shipping email within 2 business days, check spam first, then email hello@stalia.studio.

Custom orders

Custom-size niches and shower panels are made-to-order. Production lead time 3 weeks before dispatch, then standard international transit. We confirm dimensions by email before cutting; please double-check.

Oversize shipments (long shower panels)

Shower panels over 1500mm tall ship in a reinforced wood crate. Standard international air freight still applies. Inspect the crate before signing. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt; this preserves your right to a free replacement.

Shipping restrictions

Delays

Carrier-side delays (weather, customs inspections, peak season) are outside our control. We’ll keep you updated and follow up with the carrier if a package goes missing for more than 7 days. If a package is confirmed lost in transit, we replace it free.

Address changes

Once an order is shipped, the carrier controls the address. We can attempt to redirect via the carrier but cannot guarantee. Please double-check your address at checkout.
