Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of https://stalia.studio (the “Site”) and your purchase of products from Wenzhou Modern Shijia Bathroom Co., Ltd. (“we”, “Stalia”). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order, or have a parent/guardian do so on your behalf.

2. Orders and acceptance

An order placed online is an offer to buy. Your card is authorized at checkout but charged only when we accept the order and ship it. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, suspected fraud, pricing errors, out-of-stock items, or shipping restrictions — and will refund any captured funds within 10 business days.

3. Pricing and taxes

Prices are in USD unless otherwise shown. Sales tax is calculated at checkout based on shipping destination. We may correct typographical errors in pricing; if a corrected price differs materially from the order, you may cancel before shipment for a full refund.

4. Shipping

See our Shipping Policy. Free standard shipping on US orders over $99. Title and risk of loss pass on delivery.

5. Returns and refunds

See our Refund Policy. 30-day returns for unused, original-condition products.

6. Warranty

All products carry a 1-year limited warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects under normal residential use, including rust-through, weld failure, brass diverter failure, and finish degradation. Warranty does not cover misuse, improper installation, water pressure beyond the rated 6 bar, or commercial-use abuse. Make claims to hello@stalia.studio with photos and your order number.

7. Intellectual property

All Site content (text, photos, logos, code) is owned by us or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, or use it commercially without written permission. User reviews you submit grant us a worldwide royalty-free license to display them.

8. User conduct

You agree not to: scrape the Site beyond reasonable robots.txt; submit false reviews; chargeback in bad faith; harass our staff; or upload illegal content.

9. Disclaimers

The Site is provided “as is”. We disclaim all implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. Product photos are representative; minor variation in finish (especially on hand-brushed surfaces) is not a defect.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for incidental or consequential damages (loss of use, installer labor cost, water damage from third-party plumbing failures, etc.).

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Wenzhou Modern Shijia Bathroom Co., Ltd. from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of products.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of China without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes are first attempted by good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes are resolved by binding arbitration on an individual basis (no class actions). You retain the right to bring a small-claims action.

13. Changes

We may update these Terms by posting a new version with an updated date. Continued use of the Site after the change constitutes acceptance.
