Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love what you bought. If something’s wrong, we make it right.
7-day returns
You have 7 days from delivery to request a return for any reason on standard-size products in unused, original-packaging condition.
Eligible items
- Standard-sized stainless steel niches (un-installed)
- Standard-sized stainless steel shower panels (uninstalled, packaging intact, no plumbing connections made)
- Toilet niches in any finish (un-installed)
Non-returnable
- Custom or made-to-order sizes (they were cut for your wall)
- Items showing installation marks, sealant residue, or thinset on the flange
- Shower panels with chrome handheld wand or hose used / installed (the panel body itself remains returnable; the handheld is consumable once water has run through it)
Damaged in transit
Inspect packaging at delivery. Photograph any visible damage before signing. Report any damage within 48 hours of delivery to hello@stalia.studio with photos and your order number. We will replace the item at no cost. Damage reported after 48 hours may require pro-rated coverage.
How to start a return
Email hello@stalia.studio with:
- Your order number
- Reason for return
- Photos of the item (still in packaging if possible)
We will reply within 1 business day with a return authorization (RMA) and address. Do not ship before receiving an RMA.
Refund processing
Once we receive and inspect the return:
- Approved → refund issued to original payment method within 5 business days. Bank settlement may add 3–10 days.
- Restocking fee of 15% applies to non-defective standard-size returns (covers our return shipping cost).
- Custom orders are not eligible for refund.
Return shipping
- Defective / damaged in transit / our error: we cover shipping both ways.
- Change of mind: customer pays return shipping; we deduct it from the refund if you can’t ship it yourself (we will provide a label and bill you the rate we receive).
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. To switch sizes/finishes, return the original (subject to the policy above) and place a new order.
Warranty claims
Warranty issues (rust-through, weld failure, etc.) follow the warranty section of our Terms of Service. Email hello@stalia.studio with photos.
